Information you choose to provide
Prolumis Legal may receive information submitted through scheduling, intake, scorecard, or email, including contact, business, and brand information.
How information is used
The firm uses information to respond, evaluate fit, schedule consultations, provide requested resources, and operate the website. Prolumis Legal does not sell personal information.
Website guide and contact information
The Scorecard questionnaire is hosted in Microsoft Forms, where information you submit is provided to Prolumis for review and follow-up. Ask Prolumis sends submitted questions and recent conversation context to OpenAI to generate answers, as explained below. Email links prepare an email draft; you must send it from your own email app. The firm reviews Scorecard responses; this website does not automatically generate or deliver Scorecard PDFs.
Third-party services
Consultation scheduling uses Microsoft Bookings, initial intake uses Microsoft Forms, and the Scorecard questionnaire uses Microsoft Forms. These providers have their own privacy policies and settings.
Booking source labels
Our booking links include a source label: Google Ads, ChatGPT, or Website. This website saves the first and most recent source labels, their timestamps, and an expiry time in your browser’s local storage across visits. The first source is used for a 90-day attribution window and is passed to Microsoft Bookings so Prolumis can compare where completed bookings originated. Returning visits can update the most recent source without extending that window. After the window expires, the record is replaced when you next visit; you can also remove it by clearing this website’s browser storage. A separate tab-session flag helps distinguish continued browsing from a new arrival. These source records do not contain your name, email address, or legal information. Source labeling works independently of optional ad measurement. The optional Google measurement described below uses a separate booking reference after you give permission.
Optional booking and advertising measurement
You may choose whether Prolumis uses your completed consultation booking to measure ChatGPT advertising. The choice on our shared Microsoft Bookings form is optional. Leaving it blank or choosing No does not affect your ability to book or receive services.
If you choose Yes, Microsoft Power Automate sends your booking email, a booking identifier, the booking event time, and your consent choice to a protected endpoint on the Prolumis website. The website converts your email and booking identifier into SHA-256 hashes before sending a booking-confirmed event to OpenAI Ads. A hashed email can still be matched to you; hashing is not anonymization. The event includes the booking-page address and event time. We do not include your name, phone number, appointment notes, legal issues, documents, or conversation with the website guide.
OpenAI uses the event to match bookings with advertising interactions and measure results. We request that these events be excluded from future user-level personalization. This measurement does not mean you became a client or paid a fee. Our relay does not create a database of booking emails; Microsoft and hosting providers may retain operational records under their own policies.
For future bookings, choose No or leave the choice blank. To withdraw consent or ask about previously shared information, contact natalie@prolumislegal.com. Withdrawal cannot undo processing already completed. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Optional Google booking measurement
If you arrive through a Google ad with a Google click identifier (GCLID), you may choose Allow measurement on this website. Choosing No thanks or ignoring the choice does not affect booking. We honor a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by not enabling this measurement.
With your permission, the website stores the click identifier, the time and version of your consent, and a random reference on its protected server for up to 90 days. Your current browser tab stores the reference and consented click identifier for up to 30 minutes, so it can be added to your Microsoft Bookings source label. The reference is not your name or email address.
When Microsoft confirms an appointment using that reference, Power Automate sends only the booking identifier, booking creation time, and reference to a protected endpoint. We hash the booking identifier to prevent duplicate reporting. Google Ads periodically imports the Google click identifier, booking creation time, and hashed booking identifier to measure completed bookings. No name, email, phone number, appointment notes, service answers, or legal details are included. We do not use this import to create advertising audiences and request no ad personalization.
To withdraw in the same browser tab, use Withdraw Google measurement in the footer. This stops future sharing and removes our stored reference and associated booking record; it cannot undo processing already completed by Google. After closing the tab, contact natalie@prolumislegal.com for help. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. If you agree, Google receives page visits, device and browser information, and interaction timing to help us understand website use. Analytics cookies and your browser preference last up to 90 days. We remove URL queries and fragments from reported page addresses and referrers. We do not send intake answers, names, email addresses, or AI conversations through Analytics. Automatic form and outbound-link measurement and personalized advertising are disabled.
You can decline or withdraw using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing stops future collection in this browser and removes its Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already processed by Google. We honor Global Privacy Control. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps. Review-site visits are marked as testing activity.
